THE TRILATERAL COMMISSION, as chairman of the Portuguese group;
FORUM PORTUGAL GLOBAL, as chairman of the executive committee;
INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR A HISTORY OF EUROPEAN CIVILIZATION, as chairman of the Portuguese committee;
LISBON GEOGRAPHIC SOCIETY, as chairman of the Committee on Lusophone Communities.
